1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and eBrandBuilders ("BrandOS," "we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the BrandOS platform available at brandos.so (the "Service").

By using BrandOS, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and any additional guidelines. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

Eligibility:

  • You must be at least 18 years old
  • You must provide accurate registration information
  • You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts

2. Description of Service

BrandOS is an AI-powered brand strategy platform that helps you develop comprehensive brand strategies using our proprietary 7C Framework.

2.1 What BrandOS Provides

  • Core Platform Features: AI-powered brand strategy framework (7Cs), Interactive questionnaire, AI-generated strategic recommendations based on 70+ case studies, One Page Brand generation, Project management.

Tier-Specific Features

Born Plan

$197 (One-time)

Full access to 7C Framework, Unlimited projects, Advanced AI strategy, PDF export.

Bolt Plan

$1,997 (One-time)

Everything in Core + Advanced templates, priority support, and enhanced AI features.

2.2 We Reserve the Right To:

Modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature, Update AI models, Change pricing for new users, Impose usage limits. Material changes to paid features will be communicated via email at least 30 days in advance.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use BrandOS. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your password secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

One Account Per Person: You may create one account per person. We may terminate inactive accounts or those violating terms.

4. Subscription Plans and Payments

Pricing: All prices in USD. One-time payments are charged immediately.

Refund Policy: 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all paid plans, subject to the following conditions:

  • Request must be made within 30 days of purchase via email to hello@brandos.so
  • Your account must show fewer than 25% of platform sections completed (5 of 21 sections). Beyond 25% completion, refunds are not available as you have received substantial strategic deliverables.
  • Account must not show signs of abuse or bulk data export
  • Refunds processed within 7-10 business days
  • Account access revoked and project data deleted upon refund

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use BrandOS for legitimate brand strategy development. You may export and share your outputs.

You MAY NOT:

  • Share account credentials
  • Reverse engineer the platform or scrape data
  • Resell access to BrandOS
  • Abuse AI features or harass other users

6. Intellectual Property Rights

BrandOS IP: We own the Platform, Code, UI, AI Models, 7C Framework Methodology, and Case Studies Database. You may not copy or resell our methodology.

Your IP: You own your inputs (answers, brand info) and your outputs (One Page Brand outputs, completed strategy).

Licenses: You grant us a license to process your content to provide the service. We grant you a license to use the platform for your internal business use.

7. AI-Generated Content

BrandOS uses Anthropic's Claude AI trained with our 70+ case studies. AI provides suggestions, not definitive answers.

Your Responsibility: You must review all AI suggestions. You bear final responsibility for all strategic decisions. AI can make mistakes.

8. Group Coaching & Community

For Brio Plan subscribers, coaching calls and community access are educational resources, not comprehensive business consulting. Be respectful in community channels.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Service Provided "AS IS"

The service is provided without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee business success. We are an educational platform, not a legal or financial advisor.

Limitation of Liability

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify BrandOS against claims arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.
